We make two models of throw over pannier-bags/saddle-bags. Like all VENTURA products this range is designed to co-ordinate and work in conjunction with our other products. There is a similar design philosophy in our entire luggage, from the look, to the ballistic material that we use right down to the coloured flash (triangle) that has become our trademark. These throw over panniers are a very functional way of carrying extra gear. You simply throw them over your seat and presto, more space.
